The Merchant Reference App allows merchants to quickly and easily manage their orders.
Once logged on to their secure admin portal, merchants are easily able to find customer orders either by scanning the QR code in the Rezolve order receipt or searching directly for the order by entering the unique Rezolve order id. If neither of these is available the merchant can view all system orders and tap on the correct order.
Once an order has been selected the merchant can review all aspects of the order including when the order was placed and relevant billing and shipping details. The merchant is able to review the order for payment and fulfilment and then complete the order with a single tap.
